Threshold provides a unified point for intake, application and eligibility determination for children's long-term support (CLTS) services for families in Adams, Columbia, Green, Jefferson, Kenosha, Lafayette, Marquette, Ozaukee, Racine, Rock, Walworth, Washington and Waukesha counties.

News for Families
Beginning February 2, 2015, CAP Services, Inc. will provide CompassWisconsin: Threshold (CWT) services to families living in Washington County. (This county was previously served by Children's Hospital of Wisconsin.) The CWT consultant who will be serving families in Washington County is Laurie Grable. She can be reached at 920-470-0726 or Laurie.Grable@wisconsin.gov. Children's Hospital of Wisconsin continues to provide CWT services to families living in Ozaukee and Waukesha counties.
