Welcome to Compass Wisconsin: Threshold

Threshold provides a unified point for intake, application and eligibility determination for children’s long-term support (CLTS) services.

Threshold serves families who:

  • live in Kenosha, Racine, Walworth, or Waukesha counties
  • have children at home who have long-term support needs
  • wish to apply for CLTS services for their children
