Welcome to Compass Wisconsin: Threshold

Threshold provides a unified point for intake, application and eligibility determination for children's long-term support (CLTS) services for families in Jefferson, Kenosha, Ozaukee, Racine, Rock, Walworth, Washington and Waukesha counties.

News for Families

Mark your calendars now for the Circles of Life 2013 Conference on April 25th and 26th. This year's conference will be held in Stevens Point at the Holiday Inn and Conference Center. Circles of Life is open to families who have children with disabilities. The conference offers families and providers the opportunity to develop new skills, get the latest information on services and trends, and form lasting friendships.
