The Wisconsin Department of Health Services-Bureau of Long-Term Support (BLTS) reviews eligibility and determines final eligibility for all CLTS programs for CompassWisconsin: Threshold. At the time eligibility is determined and the eligibility letter is sent to the family, BLTS will provide the family with additional information on each program the child is eligible for and what to expect next.


Resource Specialists: Regional Centers for Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs

The Regional Centers for Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs partner with CompassWisconsin: Threshold to provide families with children who have long-term support needs with information and referral for local and state resources.
